1Opening trim weatherstrips
Sponging processes for rubber based on our material development and production technology reduce weight by about 30%.
2Door weatherstrips
These weatherstrips are affixed in the door opening via the frame or clips, and serve to protect the vehicle cabin from the elements. They also absorb impact when the door is opened and closed and help keep the vehicle cabin quiet.
3Door glass runs
Weight is reduced by about 30% with the use of a mixed material of rubber and plastic that has lower specific gravity.
4Outer weatherstrips
Outer weatherstrips help to remove the dirt and grime on door windows as they go up and down (open and close). At the same time, they prevent window glass vibration during driving and when the door is being opened and closed, and the noise that occurs with that vibration.
Improvements to exterior design are also possible by applying a brilliant foil to surfaces.
5Luggage weatherstrips
These are rubber products affixed to the body side of the trunk, protecting the trunk interior from the elements. They also absorb impact when the trunk is opened and closed and prevent backlash and rattle.
